Answers Before you Ask

What types of properties do you service?

Short term rentals, private residences, and investment properties across San Diego County. STR owners and managers use us for turnovers, supplies, and guest support. Homeowners use us for recurring cleaning, organization, and seasonal styling. Every client gets a service plan built for their property.

How quickly can you turn over a property after guest checkout?

Same day. As long as the booking is on our calendar in advance, the property will be guest ready before the next check in time. Back to back bookings are our normal operating condition, not an exception.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Detailed dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, linen changes, trash removal, and restocking of essentials. We also do a light staging reset so the space is presentation ready. One set of linens laundered is included on turnovers.

Do you offer laundry service?

Yes, both on site and off site. One set of bedding and towels is included in a standard turnover. Additional loads, duvets, and blankets are charged per load. Off site laundry is priced separately and returns bedding and towels laundered to hotel standard.

Are deep cleans or event cleanups included?

No. Deep cleans, post event cleanups, and construction cleans are not part of our standard service. We can provide those with advance notice and a separate bid.

Do you offer co hosting or guest communication?

Yes, on request. We handle guest messaging, check in and check out coordination, house instructions, basic maintenance coordination, and mid stay assistance. Useful if you are travelling or scaling a rental portfolio.

How do I get started as a new client?

Fill out the intake form through the booking link on our website, or contact us directly. We do a brief walkthrough, in person or virtual, and send a custom service proposal within 48 hours.
