Services include recurring house cleaning on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule, deep cleaning, home organization, household essentials management, seasonal and holiday styling, event styling, vendor coordination, and move out cleaning. Every home is assigned a consistent team and a dedicated account contact. We work with two kinds of client across San Diego County. STR owners and managers who need turnovers and guest support, and homeowners who want the house handled without managing it.

Reccuring House Cleaning
Weekly, biweekly, or monthly service for owner occupied homes. Detailed dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, linen changes, trash removal, and a light staging reset so the house stays presentation ready between visits.

Deep Cleaning
The detail work a recurring clean does not cover. Baseboards, inside appliances, interior windows, grout, light fixtures, and vents. Usually done once before starting a recurring schedule, then seasonally after that.

Home Organization
Pantries, closets, garages, and storage areas sorted, labelled, and made usable. Led by Geneva, whose
background is in art history and design, so the result holds up visually as well as practically.

Household Essentials Management
We track what your home runs out of and restock before it happens. Paper goods, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and pantry staples. Use your own stock or we purchase on your behalf and bill it back with receipts.

Seasonal and Holiday Styiling
Seasonal transformations, holiday installs, and everyday interior curation.
We source, install, and take down, and we store what is reusable so next year is faster and cheaper than this one.

Event Styling and Reset
Setup before the event and a full reset after. Staging, table styling, and post event cleanup so the house is back to normal the next morning rather than the next week.

Vendor Coordination and Property Support
Your behind the scenes operations team. We schedule and meet vendors, handle minor maintenance on site, and
keep track of what needs attention so nothing falls through the cracks while you are working or travelling.

Move Out and Move In Cleaning
A vacated home cleaned top to bottom and ready for the next occupant, or a new home cleaned before you move in.
Includes inside cabinets, appliances, and closets once the property is empty.

A standard LV Service Group clean covers dusting, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, linens, and trash, finished with a 25 point inspection. Deep cleans, move out cleans, and post event work are quoted separately.
