LV Service Group sets up new short term rentals across San Diego County for their first booking. Setup includes initial supply sourcing and stocking, linen and amenity selection, staging, and a full first clean, so your listing photos match what guests actually walk into. Setup is quoted per property after a walkthrough, and the same team then runs your turnovers.

- Linen and towel selection, including a second set for rotation

- Full first clean before photography and the first guest

- Furniture purchase and delivery
- Contractor and renovation work
- Listing creation, available with Co Hosting by agreement
Cost of goods is billed separately with receipts on your job file.
