This notice supplements the Privacy Policy of LV Service Group, LLC (“LVSG,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It explains your privacy rights and how to exercise them.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests and respond within 45 days (extendable once by another 45 days when reasonably necessary). No fees will be charged for standard requests.

6) Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If we detect a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser session.

7) Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide services, fulfill legal obligations, and ensure security. Access codes and sensitive data are encrypted and restricted to authorized personnel.
