LV Service Group offers supply management for Airbnb and Vrbo rentals across San Diego County, for owners, hosts and property managers. Our team counts consumables at every turnover and restocks paper goods, soaps, coffee, and guest amenities before they run low. You can supply your own stock, or we purchase on your behalf and bill the cost of goods back with receipts uploaded to your job file.

What is Included in Supply Management
Every visit includes a supply count and restock, with receipts on file for anything we buy.
Included:
- Inventory count of consumables at every turnover
- Restocking of paper goods, soaps, shampoo, coffee, and guest amenities
- Purchasing on your behalf, or restocking from your owner closet
- Receipts uploaded to your job file for every purchase
- Low stock alerts before you run out
- Par levels set for your property during onboarding
Not included:
- Cost of goods, billed at cost with receipts
- Furniture or decor replacement
- Large appliance purchases
