What is Included in a Turnover Clean.

A standard LV Service Group turnover covers every room, one set of linens laundered, a staging reset, and a 25 point inspection with photos. Deep cleans, post event cleanup, and construction cleans are quoted separately.

How fast can you turn a property after checkout?

Same day. As long as the booking is on the synced calendar, the property is guest ready before the next check in. Back to back bookings are normal for us.

Will the same cleaner come every time?

Yes. Each property has a consistent assigned team, so standards build instead of resetting, plus one account contact who knows the property.

How will I know the turnover was done right?

Every turnover ends with a 25 point inspection and time stamped before and after photos uploaded to your job file. Damage or missing items are flagged the same day with photos.

What if a guest checks out late?

We adjust where we can and tell you right away if the next check in is at risk. A rush charge only applies with your approval.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes, we bring our own cleaning equipment and products. Guest consumables can be handled by our supply management service.
